The “Inter-Art” Foundation and the „Liviu Rebreanu” Multicultural Center Aiud are organising in 2025 the X-th edition of the “Inter-Art” Intercontinental Biennial of Small Graphics, in Aiud.
The Biennial inaugurates a new tradition in Aiud, so as to illustrate its title of CITY OF ARTS. Furthermore, this Biennial is one of its kind, if we think about what intercontinental means, as the organizers are counting on the participation of artists from all the continents and decided to break down the event into five segments representing five geographical areas, comprising all the continents: Europe, North and South America, Asia, Africa and Oceania.
Fundaţia „Inter-Art” Aiud şi Centrul Multicultural „Liviu Rebreanu” Aiud organizează, începând din anul 2006 Bienala Intercontinentală de Grafică Mică “Inter-Art” Aiud.
Bienala propune o nouă tradiţie pentru Aiud ca ORAŞ AL ARTELOR, şi aduce o premieră în ce priveşte definiţia de intercontinental, organizatorii dorind participarea artiştilor de pe toate continentele şi să compartimenteze evenimentul în patru segmente reprezentând cinci zone geografice care includ toate continentele lumii: Europa, America de Nord şi Sud, Asia, Africa şi Oceania.
DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION
The works accepted are:
• original prints (aquaforte, dry point, colography, linocut, xylography, litography etc.)
• monotipy
• original drawings (ink, pencil, charcoal etc.)
• computer graphic (print sent by post, signed in original)

Please specify in the application the section for which you are sending your work.
Maximal dimension accepted (size of the paper): A4 (21 x 30 cm | 8,26 x 11,80 inch)
Participants have to complete the entry form that can be downloaded from www.inter-art.ro or can be requested by email at [email protected].
Please send the entry form together with the work (not by email), completed digitally (not handwritten).
The artworks will be not returned, will enter to the permanent collection of the “Inter-Art” Foundation.
Application deadline: June 15th 2025, 12:00 AM
(arrival date of the works)
An International jury will grant the Grand Prize, the “Inter-Art” Special Prize, as well as prizes for the Ist, IInd and IIIrd place.
The organisers have the right to publish the works entering the exhibition.
Each accepted artist will receive the catalog of the biennial.
DETALII PRIVIND PARTICIPAREA
Se acceptă lucrări pe următoarele secţiuni:
• grafică multiplicată (tipărituri clasice în original : aquaforte, ac rece, colografie, linogravură, xilogravură, litografie etc.)
• monotipie
• grafică unicat (desen cărbune, tuş, etc.)
• grafică pe computer (trimisă tipărită prin poştă și semnată în original)
Tema: Temă liberă.
Vă rugăm specificaţi în formularul de înscriere secţiunea la care trimiteţi lucrarea.
Dimensiunea hârtiei: max. A4 (21 x 30 cm | 8,26 x 11,80 inch)
Fiecare participant trebuie să completeze formularul de înscriere, care se poate descărca de la adresa www.inter-art.ro sau se poate cere pe email de la adresa [email protected]. Vă rugăm să trimiteți numai formulare completate digital (nu completate de mână / scanate).
Lucrările nu se returnează, ele vor intra în patrimoniul Fundaţiei “Inter-Art” Aiud, România.
Data limită de participare: 15 iunie 2025, orele 12:00

Un juriu internaţional va acorda Marele Premiu, Premiul Special „Inter-Art”, Locul I, II şi III.
Organizatorii îşi rezervă dreptul de a publica lucrările intrate în expoziţie.
