Open Call for Short Movies
Participation Rules
People from all over the world are invited to participate with short movies.
Participation Conditions
The festival is open to all, regardless of the participants’ age or professional training. The participants can apply with 1-2 short films.
Works that are ethnically, politically, religiously or sexually offensive may not be accepted.
Technical Specifications
– Duration: max 5 minutes
– Resolution: Minimum Full HD (1920×1080)
– Format: MP4 (H.264 codec)
– Aspect Ratio: 16:9 preferred
– Frame Rate: 24, 25, or 30 fps
– Every participant can submit one or two films for the festival.
– Theme: free
– The video must be uploaded using a reliable file transfer service such as WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Vimeo (with download enabled), and a direct download link must be provided in the submission. Email address to send the materials: [email protected]

Deadline for sending the films: September 15, 2025, 00.00 a.m. (arrival date of the works)

Please send only digitally filled in forms (not handwritten / scanned forms).
Selecting the films
A jury will select the films that will be screened at the festival. The list of selected films will be posted on the festival website and the organizers’ social media pages. Awards will be given for first, second, and third place. Each winner will receive a diploma. All accepted participants will receive a certificate of distinction.

Documentations
The selected participants will receive the documentation of the festival from the organizers.
Use of materials, copyright
All films submitted to the festival must comply with copyright regulations. Participants must hold all rights to the films they submit to the competition. By entering the festival, participants agree to allow their works to be displayed on the organizer’s websites and social media pages.
Confidentiality
All personal data provided by participants will be treated as confidential. This information will only be used for purposes directly related to the operation of the festival.
Final Clauses
By participating in this festival, each entrant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the provisions outlined above. Any submission that does not comply with these provisions will be disqualified.
